Terms and Conditions for Renovation Services

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all renovation services provided by Qosaj Dienstverlening Terms.

2. Scope of Work

The scope of work for the renovation project will be outlined in the quotation provided to the Client prior to the commencement of any work. However, if changes are made during the construction process, additional costs may be incurred. The Client acknowledges that the quoted price may increase if the scope of work changes.

3. Additional Work & Changes

If additional tasks or modifications are requested during the course of the renovation, additional fees will be applied. Please note that for certain types of additional work, we may not be able to provide an immediate, detailed quotation, and charges will be based on the complexity and scope of the change.

While we offer a price estimation calculator on the renovation page of our website, please be aware that this is only a tool for rough estimates. Actual prices may vary based on specific requirements and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Extra Work and Pricing Adjustments

In cases where substantial extra work is requested or required, the final price may exceed the standard quotation due to the increased complexity, labor, or materials involved. Any significant deviation from the original project plan will be subject to revised pricing.

5. Absence of Planning or Drawings

In the event that no specific planning or architectural drawings are provided with the initial quotation, we reserve the right to increase the price of the quotation to account for the lack of detail and potential adjustments that may arise during the project. A detailed planning phase is crucial to avoid unforeseen issues that could impact the cost and timeline.

6. Significant Changes and Price Adjustments

If significant extra work is introduced or requested after the initial quote, resulting in an extensive increase in scope, the price of the quotation may be reduced or adjusted to reflect the reduced complexity of the revised plan.

7. Payment Terms

Invoices for additional work or changes in scope will be issued promptly following the completion of work, with payment due according to the terms outlined in the contract. In case of delayed payment beyond the agreed terms, all quotations for the project will be considered void, and the project may be suspended or delayed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or withdraw from the project entirely in the event of non-payment. All the down payments are not refundable.

8. Completion and Delays

We strive to complete the work within the agreed timeline, but unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to changes in scope, supply chain issues, or weather conditions, may lead to delays. The Client will be informed promptly of any changes to the project timeline.

9. Liability and Warranty

We are committed to delivering quality work in accordance with industry standards. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, client changes, or external factors outside of our control.
